Ordering
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods. We will send an order‑acknowledgement email; however, the contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right not to accept your order for reasons such as lack of stock, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will inform you and give the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Payment methods include major debit and credit cards, Klarna and other options as offered at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders worldwide from the UK. Standard delivery within the UK usually takes 3–5 working days; express options are available at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout. We aim to ship orders within one business day but delays may occur during busy periods. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. See our Shipping Policy (below) for details.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@magdalenefashion.com. If we have already dispatched your order, follow our returns process.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products, nor for loss of profits or business. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for the goods. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including logos, images and text, is owned by or licensed to Magdalene Fashion. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
