Processing time: Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day. During promotional periods, processing may take 2–3 additional days.
Delivery times & costs: We offer standard, express and next‑day delivery within the UK; costs and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. International shipping is available to most countries; customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Free shipping: We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £120 (after discounts). If a return causes the order total to drop below the free‑shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Order tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Delivery issues: If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact hello@magdalenefashion.com within 14 days of dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately.
