For goods bought online, UK and EU customers have a legal right to cancel orders within 14 days of receiving the items, for any reason, and receive a refund. Sellers must issue refunds within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Faulty or misdescribed items may be returned within six months; customers may claim up to six years after purchase if defects emerge later.
Our Returns Policy
In accordance to your legal rights, Magdalene Fashion offers a 14‑day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings, swimwear with hygiene seals removed).
Sale or discounted items may only be exchanged or returned for store coupons (in the value of the returned item) unless they are faulty.
Gift cards or digital downloads are non‑refundable.
How to Return
Email returns@magdalenefashion.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and which items you wish to return. We will send instructions and a return authorisation.
Package the items securely, including the packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship to 17 Tennyson Road, Middleton, Manchester, M24 2WR, United Kingdom. We recommend a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Unless the items are faulty or we sent the wrong goods, you are responsible for return postage costs. If we provided free return labels, please use them.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable. If the return was due to a fault or our error, we will also refund standard delivery costs.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please request an exchange in your return email. Exchanges depend on stock availability; if unavailable, we will refund or issue you a coupon in the value of the item. You may also place a new order and request a standard return for the original item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit‑card company. If the issue persists, please email hello@magdalenefashion.com.
7. Faulty Items
If an item is faulty or not as described, notify us immediately at hello@magdalenefashion.com with details and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
